You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package to return or exchange it.

To return or exchange one or more items, they must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. They must also be accompanied by the order number inside the package. For shipping, they must be properly packaged in their original packaging.

For bikinis and swimsuits, it is essential that the garments are in perfect condition, unworn, and that the seal sticker is still intact.

IMPORTANT!: Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a garment that has been previously exchanged.

How to request a refund?

With delivery to renatta&go store (except El Corte Inglés):
Go to the nearest store with the items you want to return and the sheet containing the order number that came inside the shipping package.

With courier to your home or delivery at a convenient point:
Depending on the country, you can request a home collection or a label to leave it at a delivery point (drop off). To request your return, clickhere .

If the pick-up address is different from the delivery address, you must indicate this on the request form. The service costs €4.95 (home delivery) or €2.95 (drop-off point) in the peninsula and €7.50 (home delivery) or €6.50 (drop-off point) in the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the return amount.

From the moment your order is delivered, you have 30 days to register your exchange request through this link .

You only need your order number and email address . Items must be in the same condition as when received. Another order number will be generated and shipped within our normal delivery times.

To manage an exchange for an order placed in one of our physical stores, you must go to one of our stores with the purchase receipt and the items you wish to exchange/return, so we can process your exchange/return.

Orders placed at El Corte Inglés

Since this is an order placed at El Corte Inglés, and due to its own purchasing and return policies, you must go to one of its stores to process your exchange/return.

IMPORTANT!: In any case, before making an exchange, please note that it is not possible to return a garment that has been previously exchanged.

At renattandgo.com we offer two types of refund: instant refund to current account, and refund to the same payment method.

The refund period will depend on the return and refund methods chosen.

If you choose instant refund, you will receive your refund within the next 6 seconds and a maximum of 24 hours.

If you choose a refund using the same payment method, it may take up to 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

If you return the item in store, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the products and verification of their good condition. After the refund has been processed, the amount of the refund may take some time to appear in your bank account, normally between 24 hours and 7 working days, depending on your bank.
